   We have over 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment by Matrix, Star Trac, Cybex,Concept 2 and Precor. All the cardio equipment are equiped with MYE cardio entertainment receivers.
    Multiple lines of strength equipment featuring Freemotion, Body Masters, Keiser Strength, Hammer Strength, and free weights. Free weight area has Squat/Power racks, step racks, benches, kettle bells, medicine balls, functional training area.
    Our number one priority is to have a positive atmosphere so you can attain all your fitness goals.
